Quick USA Inc. in Novi, MI seeks a Principal Oracle Systems Architect to lead the architecture, design, and development of Oracle E-Business Suite solutions. You will own R12/R12.2, work on WIP modules, and drive critical interfaces, reports, and data conversions across departments.

You will optimize performance, collaborate with business teams, DBAs, and IT, and mentor engineers in a fast-paced production environment. A strong background in EBS technical development is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite technical development experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS development tools and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and support of Oracle EBS RICEW components.
• Provide advanced production support including root cause analysis.
• Design and implement integrations and interfaces using APIs and web services.
• Develop and support reports, data conversions, and batch processes.
• Optimize performance with SQL/PLSQL tuning and indexing strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Mentor junior staff and enforce design standards and code quality.
• Maintain knowledge of EBS modules like Order Management, Inventory, GL, HRMS.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and JSOX requirements.
• Document solutions and ensure production readiness.

Position

Principal Oracle Systems Architect

Summary

The E-Business Suite Developer is a senior technical role responsible for the architecture, design, development, enhancement, and ongoing support of complex Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. This role requires deep, hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS technical development, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, OA Framework, Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and integrations. The position plays a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions and supporting critical business operations across multiple functional areas.

Essential Duties

• Lead the design, development, and support of complex Oracle EBS RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)


• Provide advanced technical support in a production environment, including root cause analysis and resolution of complex system and data issues


• Design and implement integrations, EDI solutions, and interfaces using Oracle APIs, open interfaces, and web services


• Develop and support reports, data conversions, and batch processes aligned with business requirements


• Optimize system performance through SQL/PLSQL tuning, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis


• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, DBAs, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions


• Serve as a senior technical contributor, guiding design standards, code quality, and deployment practices


• Maintain deep knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as Order Management, Inventory, AR/AP, General Ledger, HRMS, and Service/Depot Repair


• Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives


• Ensure compliance with internal control standards, including JSOX requirements


• Document solutions, support testing, and ensure production readiness and stability

Working Hours, Working style

8:00～17:00
This position requires at least three days of onsite work each week.
