Job summary

Quick USA Inc. seeks a Principal Oracle Systems Architect to lead architecture, design, and delivery of Oracle E-Business Suite solutions. You will own complex RICEW components, drive integrations, and ensure production stability.

The role requires hands-on expertise in PL/SQL, OA Framework, BI Publisher, and Oracle workflows, with strong collaboration across IT and business teams. Onsite requirement includes regular site presence in McAllen, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite technical development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and support of Oracle EBS RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
• Provide advanced technical production support and root cause analysis.
• Design and implement integrations, EDI solutions, and interfaces.
• Develop reports, conversions, and batch processes per business requirements.
• Tune SQL/PLSQL and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Guide design standards and deployment practices.
• Maintain knowledge of EBS modules (Order Mgmt, Inventory, AR/AP, GL, HRMS, Service/Depot Repair).
• Participate in design/code reviews and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls (JSOX).
• Document solutions, support testing, ensure production readiness.

Position

Principal Oracle Systems Architect

Summary

The E-Business Suite Developer is a senior technical role responsible for the architecture, design, development, enhancement, and ongoing support of complex Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. This role requires deep, hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS technical development, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, OA Framework, Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and integrations. The position plays a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions and supporting critical business operations across multiple functional areas.

Essential Duties

• Lead the design, development, and support of complex Oracle EBS RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
• Provide advanced technical support in a production environment, including root cause analysis and resolution of complex system and data issues
• Design and implement integrations, EDI solutions, and interfaces using Oracle APIs, open interfaces, and web services
• Develop and support reports, data conversions, and batch processes aligned with business requirements
• Optimize system performance through SQL/PLSQL tuning, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, DBAs, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Serve as a senior technical contributor, guiding design standards, code quality, and deployment practices
• Maintain deep knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as Order Management, Inventory, AR/AP, General Ledger, HRMS, and Service/Depot Repair
• Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal control standards, including JSOX requirements
• Document solutions, support testing, and ensure production readiness and stability

Working Hours, Working style

8:00～17:00

This position requires at least three days of onsite work each week.
