Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp., based in Palmdale, CA, seeks a Principal/Senior Principal Program Planning Scheduling Analyst to join the AS Business Management team on-site at OKC, San Diego, or Palmdale.

You will develop and coordinate master plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and leverage EVM techniques to ensure program execution aligns with objectives, with opportunities for career growth in a dynamic defense environment.

Specific salary offer for candidate selected will be commensurate with experience within reporting office location.Level 3:Oklahoma City, OK Salary Band: $84,700 - $127,100California Salary Band: $103,600 - $155,400Level 4:Oklahoma City, OK Salary Band: $105,800 - $158,600California Salary Band: $129,300 - $193,900Primary Level Salary Range: $84,700.00 - $155,400.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $105,800.00 - $193,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
