0090 CORP-Corporate Office is seeking a Principal or Sr. Principal Software Engineer to support the Digital Engineering Ecosystem Product Development Team in Melbourne, Florida. This role involves developing automation workflows, software tasks, and integrating product updates.

Candidates must have a relevant degree and experience, with a focus on backend development, web applications, and programming in various languages. Eligibility for a Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

Role Overview

Support the Digital Engineering Ecosystem Product Development Team as a Principal or Sr. Principal Software Engineer within the Digital Engineering Ecosystem (DEE).

Essential Functions

• Develop automation workflows for multi-disciplined functional processes supporting engineering and business processes captured as Digital Threads.
• Perform software development, task delegation and integration, and customer interaction.
• Gather product feature requests, develop and integrate product updates, and create user guides and documentation.

Basic Qualifications

• Principal Software Engineer: Bachelor’s in STEM + 5 years related experience OR Master’s + 3 years OR PhD + 1 year.
• Sr. Principal Software Engineer: Bachelor’s in STEM + 8 years related experience OR Master’s + 6 years OR PhD + 4 years.
• Experience with backend development, web application development, CI/CD, and programming in C, C++, C#, Java, Python.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (DoD in scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) within a reasonable period.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile product development.
• Cameo Enterprise Architecture and SysML.
• Integrating hardware and software in a lab environment.
• Tool administration in Atlassian and integration via published APIs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working in large team environments in leadership or individual contributor roles.

Compensation

Primary level salary range: $98,400.00 – $147,600.00. Secondary level salary range: $122,800.00 – $184,200.00.
