As an Opto-Mechanical Engineer, you will design, develop, and deliver advanced modules and tools that enable next-generation optically enhanced performance in our e-beam systems. Working closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers, you will ensure solutions meet system performance, cost, and schedule requirements while supporting scalable, serviceable products.
This role spans hands-on engineering through technical leadership—owning complex module development, driving roadmap direction, and ensuring seamless system-level integration across current and future technologies.
The current base annual salary range for this role is $177,000-265,500. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730 et seq.).
