ASML US, LLC is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Wilton, CT to specify, design, develop, and test modules in a cross-functional team. You will drive requirements, interfaces, and validation activities across the product lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet cost and schedule targets.
You will collaborate with suppliers and customers, balance quality with timely delivery, and contribute to design reviews, verification, and qualification activities while working on-site with a flexible hybrid option
As an Electrical Engineer, you will specify, design, develop, realize, integrate, and test modules and tools in a multi-disciplined team, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners and suppliers. You will deliver within system specifications, cost targets, and project schedules, ensuring timely realization of solutions that contribute to competitive, achievable, and serviceable products. The Electrical Engineer provides discipline specific expertise throughout the entire product life cycle. This Includ es conceptfeasibility, new product introduction, existing product sustainment and customer facing problem resolution. The position requires highly motivated, extremely organized, and self-driven individuals.
You will l bead complex technical design work within your discipline or own a module-level area that requires contributions from multiple engineers. W ork autonomously on complex tasks with limited guidance from a mentor. B alance quality with timely delivery and interface with suppliers or customers as part of a broader team.
In this role, you will contribute to engineering deliverables that scale with job grade, from executing defined tasks and supporting senior engineers to owning complex technical scope, coordinating cross-functional work, and leading program-level outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities: There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents.

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
