Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Principal/Senior Clinical Scientist to lead the clinical science function across Oncology, Rare Diseases, and Autoimmune programs. You will guide data review, eCRF design, and data cleaning to ensure protocol-compliant, high-quality data while protecting participant safety.

You will collaborate with Medical Monitoring and study teams to address risks, improve processes, and support study execution within scope, budget, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or health-related discipline with proficiency in medical terminology.
• 8+ years of clinical research experience.
• 3+ years Oncology experience within the past 1.5 years.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clinical Science services per study scope from start-up to database lock.
• Perform holistic and aggregate participant data review using data review tools.
• Guide eCRF design, data capture, edit checks, and data cleaning to ensure high-quality data.
• Support RBQM and risk management in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Medical Monitoring and oversee review of participant data.
• Participate in study meetings, contribute to study-level strategy, and support data review processes.
