Job summary

Precision Medicine Group seeks a Principal/Senior Clinical Scientist to lead the clinical science function across oncology, rare diseases, and autoimmune programs from start-up to database lock. You will provide indomitable scientific expertise to support data review, data cleaning, and trial deliverables while safeguarding participant safety.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years clinical research experience or proven competencies.
Minimum of 3 years Oncology experience, must have been within the past 1.5 years.
Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead clinical science services for assigned projects from start-up through database lock.
Oversee data review and cleaning with clinical judgment across oncology, rare diseases, and autoimmune indications.
Guide study teams on eCRF design, data capture, edit checks, and data review.
Support RBQM activities and risk management with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with Medical Monitoring and provide scientific data review input.
Develop and maintain study-related plans, trackers, and outputs for data review.
Ensure eTMF documentation related to Clinical Science is accurate.
