Quantum Sky is seeking a Principal Network Solution Architect to lead complex networking initiatives across government, private-sector, and enterprise environments. You will guide architecture from concept through deployment, while remaining technically engaged and coordinating engineers, operators, and executives.

You will act as a trusted advisor, mentoring staff and driving service management, solution development, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Principal Engineer, or SME for large-scale environments.
• Strong networking fundamentals and hands-on experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting, automating, and supporting enterprise networks.
• Proven leadership in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex customer requirements.
• Experience in business analysis, service management, networking, software solutions, and systems integration for large enterprises.
• Excellent written, verbal, coordination, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Active DoD/DoW Secret or Top Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert and team lead for networking, infrastructure, and service-management initiatives.
• Provide direction, set priorities, coordinate resources, mentor team members, manage risk, and ensure successful delivery.
• Engage with customers to translate business, operational, and technical needs into executable solutions.
• Lead activities across concept to sustainment, including architecture, design, and deployment.
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and executive-level demonstrations and presentations.
• Support proposals and business development through technical inputs and demonstrations.
• Coordinate across engineering, program management, service delivery, cybersecurity, and sales.
• Maintain accountability and drive resolution while keeping stakeholders informed.
