Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of experience.
• MS Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience.
• PhD Electrical Engineering (RF/Microwave focus) with 6+ years of experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead role for MMIC based product development.
• MMIC design using linear/nonlinear models and 2.5D/3D EM simulators.
• Integrate MMICs into single or multichip modules.
• Manage product checkout, optimization, and DVT in Microwave Lab.
• Execute DVT analysis and present results to customers.
• Support product through lifecycle stages from concept to production.
• Mentor others in design concepts and best practices.
• Publish novel design work and submit invention disclosures for patents.
