Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in CS/EE/Physics or related field
• Strong ML fundamentals: model selection, training, validation, and deployment
• Experience with deep learning networks (CNN) for computer vision
• Strong math background: linear algebra and optimization
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with deep learning libraries (Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Software engineering: version control, testing, CI/CD, containerization
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop computer vision algorithms and deep neural networks for image and video processing
• Collaborate with researchers/engineers on AI/ML/CV
• Work with physics-based image simulation frameworks to scale training data
• Design, train, and deploy ML models for Optical Systems applications
• Prototyping and rapid development for integration into operational systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing and new systems
• Stay current with ML research and evaluate new tools and frameworks
