We are seeking an experienced Principal Migration Technical Architect to lead complex PLM data migration initiatives for enterprise customers undergoing major digital transformations. This is a high-impact opportunity for a senior technical professional who understands Teamcenter, enterprise data, migration architecture, and manufacturing environments and enjoys solving complex problems. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, defining migration strategies and helping customers successfully move legacy data into modern PLM environments.

Principal Migration Technical Architect Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead complex data migration strategies into Teamcenter.
• Assess legacy data, business requirements, Teamcenter schemas, mappings, transformations, and migration dependencies.
• Lead customer workshops to define business and technical migration requirements.
• Design scalable migration approaches aligned with the customer's broader PLM and digital transformation strategy.
• Develop and support data mapping, transformation, validation, and migration activities.
• Create scripts and technical solutions to support data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, consultants, project managers, product teams, and customer stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to architects and consultants working on complex implementations.
• Contribute technical expertise during sales pursuits, solution design, estimates, and project planning.
• Identify and resolve complex migration issues independently and help establish migration best practices.

Principal Migration Technical Architect Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience with enterprise data migration, PLM implementation, or technical architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, databases, data mapping, transformation, and migration scripting.
• Ability to understand complex data structures and translate business requirements into technical migration solutions.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise software implementations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with geographically dispersed project teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% as customer needs require.
• U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents/green card holders.

Salary based on experience $120,000 - $175,000.
