Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Principal, Population Health Analytics to lead advanced analytics shaping population health strategy and enterprise decisions. You will guide executive-level choices and drive cross-enterprise improvements.

The role leads high-impact analytic portfolios, partners across lines of business and outside partners, and aims to improve outcomes and affordability. This is a hybrid, California-based position with in-office collaboration two days per week.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience; graduate degree preferred.
• 10 years of healthcare analytics experience with enterprise impact.
• Experience delivering analyses using 5+ data sources across 5 clinical areas.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring executive-ready deliverables.
• Project or program management credential preferred.
