Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 15–20+ years in mechanical engineering with complex industrial equipment.
• Hands-on design, fabrication, integration, testing, and production release.
• Strong CAD, tolerancing and engineering documentation.
• Experience with vacuum, gas-handling or precision assemblies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and scale-up of vacuum and process systems.
• Own 3D CAD assemblies, drawings, GD&T, BOMs and release packages.
• Drive design for manufacture, assembly, serviceability and cost effectiveness.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators and machine shops.
• Produce robust technical documentation and design reviews.
• Oversee prototype build, testing, and production readiness.
