Job summary

A leading engineering firm in San Francisco seeks a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join their MEP team. In this role, you will manage HVAC design for Science/Technology and Life Sciences projects, identify new project opportunities, and mentor staff. The position requires 15+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in REVIT MEP. The pay range is $160,000 to $200,000 based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in building HVAC and piping design.
• Experience in Science/Technology, Life Sciences or Healthcare projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify RFPs and upcoming projects.
• Lead submittals and manage client relationships.
• Manage work plans and project deliverables.
