EnSiteUSA is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical engineering efforts for pipeline and facility projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement mechanical solutions for complex problems.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in mechanical engineering for pipelines and facilities, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor others. Travel to project sites may be required, with preferred locations in Houston, TX or Lexington, KY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering required.
• PE license or ability to become licensed in multiple states.
• Minimum 8 years of mechanical engineering experience in pipelines and facilities.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Knowledge of oil and gas pipeline design standards and 49 CFR Parts 192.

Responsabilités

• Lead mechanical engineering activities from concept through project closeout.
• Develop and review design specifications, calculations, and drawings per codes and standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers to build capability.
• Coordinate with project managers to define scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Participate in HAZOP/HAZID sessions and project design reviews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all activities.
