Job summary

Energize Group is seeking a skilled mechanical/robotics engineer to design, fabricate, assemble, document, and test sophisticated mechatronic systems used in industrial robotics. You will apply system dynamics, modeling, and vibration analysis to advance prototypes toward scalable production, working across multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires 5–8 years in robotics or automation, with strong expertise in actuators, motors, sensors, FEA, SolidWorks, and ASME Y14.5 documentation to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 5–8 years of robotics or automation experience.
• Experience taking electromechanical systems from concept through scaled product release.
• Expertise in actuators, motors, sensors, system dynamics, and vibration analysis.
• Proficiency in finite element analysis, SolidWorks, and ASME Y14.5 documentation.

Job description

Design, fabricate, assemble, document, and test complex mechatronic systems for multidisciplinary industrial robotic products, including systems with multi-axis actuation. Apply system dynamics, modeling, simulation, and vibration analysis while helping move robotics and automation solutions from prototype through production.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or an equivalent field and 5–8 years of relevant robotics or automation experience are requested. Candidates should have experience taking electromechanical systems from concept through scaled product release, expertise in actuators, motors, sensors, system dynamics, and vibration analysis, and proficiency in finite element analysis, SolidWorks, and ASME Y14.5 production documentation.
