Ladders is seeking a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer - Data Center Infrastructure (Remote) to lead advanced mechanical design for mission-critical data center infrastructure, with a focus on liquid cooling architectures and manufacturability. You will shape performance requirements and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8 years of experience in mechanical design of mission-critical systems.
• Proven track record in system designs and implementations.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and integration strategies.
• Familiarity with industry standards for data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design of hyperscale data center infrastructure systems.
• Serve as the technical authority for liquid cooling architectures.
• Define and validate performance requirements for cooling infrastructure.
• Design and analyze components using advanced engineering principles.
• Lead wetted material selection for liquid cooling systems.
• Develop CAD models and technical data packages for manufacturability.
• Establish validation protocols for regulatory compliance.
