Ladders is seeking a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer - Data Center Infrastructure (Remote) to lead advanced mechanical design for mission-critical data center infrastructure, with a focus on liquid cooling architectures and manufacturability. You will shape performance requirements and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams.

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer - Data Center Infrastructure (REMOTE) to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead advanced mechanical design efforts for mission-critical infrastructure used in large-scale data center environments. You will serve as a technical authority on liquid cooling architectures, helping define performance requirements, validate designs, and ensure solutions are manufacturable, compliant, and ready for deployment. The position also partners closely with cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex system needs into robust mechanical designs and technical documentation. Location: Remote Compensation: $132,400 – $238,400 annually
