Qualifications

• 15+ years of R&D experience in specialty chemicals, coatings, adhesives, or elastomers.

• Drive understanding of structure-property relationships for product innovation.
• Lead strategic use of deep analysis equipment in product performance analysis.
• Act as primary technical consultant to specialized R&D teams.
