Continuous Composites Inc. is seeking a Principal Materials Engineer to drive the development of high-temperature ceramic matrix composites (CMCs) using our CF3D printing platform.

You will own the process from preforms to densified parts and lead a team to deliver real-world thermal protection solutions for aerospace applications. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in composites engineering with a strong focus on high-temperature materials and possesses excellent communication and leadership

Formación

• Master’s degree or PhD in chemical, materials, or manufacturing engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in composites engineering, focusing on high-temperature materials (e.g., CMCs).
• Proven ownership of R&D projects and ability to lead a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Materials Team to create and densify CMCs for real-world aerospace applications.
• Own R&D of preforms and process them into final parts; manage verification and validation.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, business, vendors and research institutions on multi-year plans.
