Qualifications

• Advanced degree in materials or manufacturing engineering required (MSc or PhD).
• 5+ years in composites engineering with high-temperature materials.
• Experience in CMCs (C/C, C/SiC) and densification processes desirable.
• Strong communication and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Materials Team to develop densified CMCs for real-world aerospace applications.
• Own R&D of CMC preforms and final densified parts.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, business, vendors, and research institutions on multi-year plans.
