The Role
Are you passionate about crafting innovative and impactful learning experiences to drive associate performance and business impact? We are seeking a Principal Learning Experience Designer to lead the design and development of impactful learning solutions for the Fidelity Fund & Investment Operations and Fidelity Fund & Investment Operations Technology business groups! In this role, you will serve as the lead designer on a portfolio of critical talent initiatives, ensuring our learning solutions meet the needs of our learners and align with strategic business objectives. You will collaborate with Performance Consultants, L&D associates, Business Partners, and Line HR leaders as you design and develop learning solutions.

Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends onsite and offsite work experiences. While onsite presence is important for our business strategy and culture, we also value the benefits of offsite work. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
