Qualification requires a STEM degree with multiple years of experience and an active Top-Secret/SCI clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph.

Qualifications

  • Approved STEM Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience OR STEM Master’s with 3 years OR STEM PhD with 1 year.
  • Active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance at time of application.
  • CI Polygraph required prior to start.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update training materials for multiple system architectures.
  • Develop and improve training products, procedures, and processes.
  • Lead and conduct trainer classes for new vehicle engineers and operations staff.
  • Rotate shifts to cover 24/7 operations as needed.

This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.*This position is contingent upon capturing program award(s), obtaining and maintaining customer funding, and holding final clearances (if applicable) prior to start date*The trainer is responsible for maintaining system level training material, training operational products, conducting training classes to new vehicle engineers & operations engineers, and seeking training improvement opportunities.In this job, you will:Maintenance of program training material related to multiple system architecturesDevelopment and improvement of training products, procedures, and processesCheckout of new baseline updates on the simulator to create required training updatesOwnership of training suite of scripts used to initialize the simulator into an operations like configuration, responsible for updating and maintaining training scriptsAbility to work off and or/extended hours covering a 24/7 period of periodic rotating 12-hour shiftsDemonstrate proficiency utilizing the software SIM to train classesCross-train into operations engineering to update products and attain crew certificationsMay involve periodic rotating crew shifts to maintain proficiencyOther duties as assignedThis position is contingent upon the candidate obtaining final clearances and program access(es) within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company.*Please be aware that this position will be contingent upon capturing program award(s), obtaining and maintaining customer funding, and holding final clearances (if applicable) prior to start date.*Basic Qualifications:Approved STEM Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience – OR – Approved STEM Master’s degree with 3 years of professional experience – OR – Approved STEM PhD with 1 year of professional experience.Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
