Qualifications

  • Level 3 requires HS diploma and 9 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years and a Master’s with 3 years.
  • Experience in training and/or maintenance is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% and to initial training for 24 weeks before relocation.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes and directs a training system and conducts classroom and practical instruction for aircraft maintenance.
  • Analyzes current and future operating requirements to identify training needs and develop programs.
  • Writes, edits, and produces materials for technical instruction.
  • Provides support to divisions to determine training needs and conduct maintenance training.
  • Maintains training and qualification record systems and currency in technical developments.
