Principal / Lead Software Engineer - C# & AWS (PR/522659) Boston, Ohio

Salary: USD180000 - USD300000 per annum

A top quantitative investment management firm in Boston is looking to bring on a Lead Engineer to one of their technology teams. The company is going through a tech transformation into the cloud and looking for the top engineers in the city to lead and execute.

The firm invests a lot in technology, using it as their competitive advantage in the industry. 50% of the overall firm is made up of technology, and they have some of the top engineers in the industry developing their software.

Requirements:

1. Computer Science Degree or related field
2. 10+ years of professional experience, 2+ years leading technical direction for engineers
3. Hands-on coding experience for 80%+ of your current position
4. Extensive Cloud Native experience - AWS preferred
5. Experience in the Microsoft Stack; .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL
6. Exposure to the frontend with React, Angular, Vue is a plus
7. Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, Gitlab is a plus
8. Entity Framework, Web API, SOLID Design experience
9. Ability to interface directly with the business, and lead projects

1 day a week in office is required (Boston) – the rest remote. MUST reside in the Greater Boston area.
