Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide educational leadership and coordinate effective instructional programs.
• Oversee programs, services, and activities to achieve excellence and continuous improvement.
• Analyze student achievement data to develop and implement school improvement plans.
• Develop and implement a school discipline policy aligned with district policies and state law.
• Direct the administration and support standardized testing processes and policies.
• Ensure adherence to district and state/federal laws and policies.
• Assist in planning and monitoring the school budget and expenditures.
• Evaluate teachers, administrators, and staff according to district policies.
• Lead HR activities including recruitment, induction, mentoring, and retention of staff.
• Support teachers through coaching, professional development, modeling, and collaborative planning.
• Provide professional development programs aligned with evaluation results and improvement plans.
• Oversee facilities management and safety of building and grounds.
• Foster a climate that supports student and staff success and community relations.
