Job summary

Jobtailor in Spokane, WA seeks an experienced HR leader to drive labor relations strategy across multiple sites, partnering with HR and legal on contracts, administration, and strike planning. The role supports local leadership implementing complex business initiatives in labor environments.

The incumbent will provide expert advice on regulatory compliance, employment law, and best practices for caregiver relations, while driving workplace improvements in alignment with policy and workforce

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressively responsible exempt-level HR experience serving as an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, Labor Relations Consultant, or related role.
• Consulting experience.
• Multi-site/location, multi-line of business, and/or integrated health system experience.
• Advanced experience in labor relations.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
