Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals seeks a Principal IT Lab Integration Developer to design, develop, validate, and support lab integrations within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will connect instruments to central platforms, ensure data integrity, and enable end-to-end digital lab workflows.

The role requires 8+ years of experience for principal or 5+ years for senior, with expertise in REST APIs, Python/VBA, and LIMS/ELN integrations.

Qualifications

BS/BA in IT, Math or related field.
Senior: 5+ years; Principal: 8+ years of relevant experience.
Experience integrating laboratory instruments with LIMS/ELN to automate data capture.
Proficiency in Python or VBA for automation.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services and middleware tools.

Responsibilities

Design and implement QC lab integration patterns including APIs and file-based approaches.
Develop instrument integrations to the orchestration layer and support API/file/message-based workflows.
Translate QC processes into orchestrated digital workflows and automate data capture.
Ensure GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and support IQ/OQ/PQ validation.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and provide Level 2/3 support for lab systems.
Collaborate with QC, QA, IT and external vendors to align solutions with business needs.
