Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of experience, deep Kubernetes expertise, and strong Go/Python/Bash skills, plus a passion for mentoring and architectural excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in cloud-native or Kubernetes-focused roles.
• Experience building and scaling managed services and Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Expert knowledge of container runtimes and orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Bash.
• Strong cross-team architectural leadership and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-team architectural oversight and strategic guidance for cloud-native efforts.
• Act as a unifying technical authority for cloud-native initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to integrate cloud-native technologies.
• Facilitate a unified technical strategy for deploying and operating cloud-native services.
• Mentor engineering teams to foster innovation and shared standards.
