Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Principal Java Developer to architect and deliver enterprise-grade web apps remotely in the U.S. You will own end-to-end development, from design to production, leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and microservices in a cloud environment.

Collaboration with product and DevOps teams in an Agile setting is essential. The role emphasizes deep backend expertise with a strong frontend foundation using React and modern JavaScript frameworks, plus scalable data models

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
12+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Advanced Java (11/17), Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with microservices architecture and observability.
Front-end experience with React; Angular/Vue a plus.
Solid SQL skills and relational database familiarity.
Experience with CI/CD and Git workflows.
Cloud deployment experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop enterprise-scale web apps and distributed systems.
Translate business needs into robust technical designs and code.
Deploy cloud-native services and manage their lifecycle.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and DevOps in Agile teams.
Build secure, high-performing applications and provide debugging/troubleshooting.
