Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Principal Product Manager to guide ITDR within Elastic Security, shaping vision, strategy, and execution for identity defense across on‑prem, cloud, and AI agents. You will collaborate with threat researchers, data scientists, and engineers to advance identity-based threat detection.

Qualifications

• Extensive 10+ years in product management for security products such as SIEM, XDR, EDR, identity security, or detection and response.
• Deep knowledge of identity security, ITDR, UEBA and identity-based attack techniques.
• Experience with non-human identities (service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents) and identity fabric concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ITDR within Elastic Security.
• Model non-human identities (service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents) with lifecycle and behavior standards.
• Collaborate with threat research and detection engineering on identity-related threats (credential access, privilege escalation, lateral movement).
• Drive response and containment with identity-based automation and human oversight for critical actions.
• Engage with enterprise customers to gather requirements and clarify product needs.
• Work with design to craft identity-focused investigation and response experiences across SIEM/XDR workflows.
