Job Overview

We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer for our JUDI program. This role is ideal for a software leader with experience influencing teams and driving technical excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Design resilient, stable, and operational technology solutions.
2. Develop, maintain, and support existing systems and platforms.
3. Lead by example in software architecture, engineering best practices, and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
4. Participate in staffing, mentoring, and performance feedback processes.
5. Monitor and communicate the health and sustainability of technology solutions.
6. Collaborate with Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security teams to ensure optimal system design.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of technical experience in application development or software implementation.
• Experience with current technology trends and multiple development/support methodologies.
• Leadership skills in managing and mentoring teams.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience with GCP, AWS, Redshift, Java full stack, MongoDB, Postgres, WS02, Dynatrace.

Salary ranges from $108,000 to $184,000, depending on experience.
