Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking an IT EPIC Principal Application Analyst to design, build, and optimize critical EPIC applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across healthcare IT systems.

You will lead high-level EPIC projects, translate complex requirements into robust IT solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user experience and efficiency in a fast-paced environment focused on patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's.
• 5 years working with systems analysis, programming/design, including 4 years within Epic platform.
• 7 years of additional relevant experience in hospital/medical industry is required.
• EPIC Certification required at hire (Cogito Fundamentals, Caboodle, Clarity, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex EPIC projects and optimize EPIC applications.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and SME guidance on EPIC systems.
• Translate complex needs into robust IT solutions for healthcare.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve patient care through technology.
• Mentor staff and drive continuous improvement in IT and EPIC workloads.
