Job summary

HDR is seeking a Principal, Interiors to join our growing team in Dallas, Omaha or Kansas City. You will lead design and management across interiors projects, mentor teams, and uphold HDR's commitment to design excellence, sustainability, and client partnership.

As an accomplished leader with 15+ years of experience, you will coordinate across disciplines, win opportunities, develop presentations, and ensure project success from concept through construction, aligning with HDR's design philosophy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture from an accredited school.
• Active Interior Design Certificate or Registered Architect in your country.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant design firm experience with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and mentor staff to achieve design excellence.
• Collaborate across disciplines, market sectors, and offices to deliver projects.
• Develop presentations and lead client interviews to win new work.
• Manage design, technical, and management objectives across multiple projects.
• Promote sustainable design and healthy environments.
