General Scope & Summary
As a Principal Consultant specializing in Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) Integrations, you will be responsible for delivering customized software solutions that seamlessly integrate with the WEM product suite to fulfill customer-specific requirements. You will work on the design and development customer-specific applications, perform rigorous testing, and ensure the successful deployment of final solutions. Additionally, you will work as part of the R&D team to sustain and enhance core product solutions Your performance will be assessed based on billable hours, project completion within scope and budget, and your ability to identify additional product and service opportunities for customers. In this pivotal role, you will help customers maximize the value of their Alvaria product(s).
Primary Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute customer-facing projects in alignment with functional specifications or Statements of Work (SoW).
- Develop and code applications using high-level specifications and derived logical processes, ensuring robust and efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create business application prototypes and refine solutions based on feedback.
- Communicate complex technical information effectively across all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while working closely with clients to understand their needs that ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
- Innovate and develop solutions independently, that align with the organizations goals and objectives, while actively contributing to team success.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET (C#/.NET Core), with experience in building and deploying enterprise-level applications.
- Proficiency in deploying applications on AWS, with hands-on experience in AWS Lambda and expertise in AWS data extraction methodologies.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and practices, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing ETL solutions.
- Expertise in relational databases, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
- Experience in API design and development, with a focus on building and consuming microservices.
- In-depth knowledge of REST API principles, ensuring efficient and secure data exchange.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling and methodologies, enabling streamlined and automated deployment processes.
- Proficiency in automation and performance testing, ensuring software reliability and efficiency.
- Agile development experience, with proficiency in JIRA for project management.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Domain experience in Workforce Management (WFM), enabling a deep understanding of customer needs in this area.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
