Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to ReGeneration’s mission and educational philosophy.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to use data to drive improvement.
• Proven teaching experience with strong classroom results in a state testing grade.
• Leadership and coaching experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional leadership and teacher development aligned to the school model.
• Provide frequent coaching, feedback, and professional development.
• Evaluate instructional effectiveness using data to inform improvement plans.
• Model a joyful, disciplined, values-aligned school culture.
• Collaborate with the Director of Talent to recruit and retain staff.
• Support family and community engagement to meet student needs.
