Flo Health is seeking a Principal Infrastructure Engineer to own the Kubernetes and data infrastructure behind 80 million monthly users. You will design and run scalable platforms on AWS, build self-service tooling, and partner with product teams to keep delivery fast, private, and reliable.

You will architect the EKS estate, shape PostgreSQL/DynamoDB/Kafka usage, ensure resilience, and uphold SOC2/ISO certifications while enabling AI-driven development. Hybrid work with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Years of infrastructure, platform, SRE or DevOps leadership in production.
• Experience running high-traffic distributed systems at scale.
• Ability to set direction across multiple teams and domains.

Responsabilités

• Own the Kubernetes and data infrastructure behind 80M+ users.
• Build self-service tooling and defaults for product teams.
• Architect and evolve the EKS estate with scalable patterns.
• Shape data infrastructure for PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Kafka.
• Lead reliability, DR planning and on-call rotation.
• Support privacy features and maintain security/compliance posture.
• Develop observability and ensure actionable metrics and alerts.
