Working across IT, cybersecurity, business operations, and other stakeholder groups, you will help deliver secure, scalable, and reliable information systems. This position offers the opportunity to influence high-visibility projects, implement technology best practices, and lead organizational change. Join a collaborative, innovation-driven environment that encourages continuous learning, professional growth, and meaningful contributions to enterprise-wide digital transformation.

Accountabilities
  • Lead complex, high-visibility IT projects involving enterprise resource management systems, resource forecasting tools, and related business applications.
  • Develop comprehensive project execution plans, define objectives and deliverables, allocate resources, and establish roles and responsibilities across matrixed teams.

  • Demonstrated experience managing IT projects or programs involving multiple functional organizations, such as business operations, information technology, cybersecurity, and engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, enterprise information systems, resource planning, and technology implementation practices.
  • Proven ability to develop project plans, coordinate resources, manage risks, resolve issues, and deliver complex initiatives within established timelines and requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, including the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to independently determine solutions and make project-level decisions under general direction.
  • Experience coordinating technical and business activities across the full project lifecycle, from requirements and planning through testing, deployment, and operational adoption.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, or security-focused IT programs.
  • A track record of delivering complex enterprise technology solutions involving multiple business and technical teams.
  • Experience managing data migrations, performance metrics, dashboards, testing, training, or deployment initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, procurement, or similar business functions.
