The Lead, IAM Platform Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operation, support, and continuous improvement of Northern Trust's Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms. This role ensures IAM services are secure, stable, compliant, and operationally effective while partnering with IAM Engineering, Product Management, Risk, and Technology teams to deliver reliable identity services across the enterprise. The position supports identity governance, privileged access, authentication, authorization, non-human identity, and related IAM capabilities.
