Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; Master's preferred.
• 12+ years in information security with 5+ years in IAM leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in workforce and customer identity, privileged access, governance, federation, and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of enterprise IAM across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
• Set strategic direction for IAM initiatives including zero trust and agentic identity frameworks.
• Advise security leadership and stakeholders on identity architecture, access risk, and emerging threats.
• Drive innovation with AI/ML-based identity analytics and adaptive access controls.
• Define agentic identity strategy and governance for non-human identities at scale.
• Mentor IAM engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed identity controls.
