Job summary

Globalpundits, Inc. seeks a Principal Engineer (I&C Design Engineer) to provide senior design engineering staff augmentation across complex programs.

You will define program scopes, apply deep I&C expertise, and deliver high-quality instrumentation and control solutions for nuclear or chemical processes. Responsibilities include leading technical programs, preparing reports, coordinating with clients, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MS/BS with substantial I&C design experience in nuclear or process chemical industries.
• Direct I&C design experience within the last 15 years is required.
• Experience with process control instrumentation, PLCs, and distributed control systems.

Responsibilities

• Define scope of technical programs and develop high-quality, cost-effective solutions for complex problems.
• Provide technical leadership and be recognized as a subject-matter expert in one or more functional areas.
• Develop project plans with schedules, budgets, and personnel requirements; monitor progress and expenditures.
