Job summary

Oracle is seeking a seasoned systems software leader to drive architecture for large-scale platform software, firmware integration, and fleet automation. You will influence silicon/board roadmaps, champion reliability, performance, and cost efficiency at hyperscale, and mentor teams across multiple domains.

Responsibilities span server/storage/GPU systems, provisioning solutions, and secure, observable software delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership in architecture of large-scale system software across server/storage/networking/GPU subsystems.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and multi-quarter initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong focus on reliability, security, testing, and observability in cloud provisioning and firmware.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to architectural direction for system software and management paradigms across server, storage, networking, and GPU subsystems.
• Drive hardware provisioning solutions for next-generation platforms across engineering, operations and data centers.
• Lead integration of system firmware with hardware, coordinating with silicon, board and firmware teams.
• Partner with engineering, security, and vendor teams to improve performance, diagnosability, and security of system platforms.
• Lead analysis of hardware provisioning failures and drive systemic improvements for large-scale cloud fleets.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in systems integration and operational excellence.
• Design software solutions, coach teams, and ensure lifecycle processes through code reviews and SDLC execution.
• Lead improvements in testing, logging, monitoring and observability for effective debugging.
• Innovate API versioning, interoperability strategies, and push for scalable software design.
