Job Description

The Finance & Global Business Services (FGBS) PXT Team is seeking a talented and strategic Principal HRBP to lead HR strategy supporting Amazon's rapidly growing Finance divisions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain an enterprise-wide perspective on Amazon’s strategic initiatives through a financial lens.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives (VPs and Directors) and leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance organizational and personnel effectiveness.
• Lead change management initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness, provide leadership coaching, and drive HR functional excellence.
• Interact effectively with senior leadership, demonstrating strong communication skills, business acumen, and stakeholder management.

Daily Activities

Diagnose organizational issues, identify solutions, leverage data to prioritize HR initiatives, and facilitate change. Success requires analytical thinking, strategic planning, excellent communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
