Supports and aligns HR initiatives with business objectives to optimize workforce performance, enable organizational growth, and promote an effective work environment. This role serves as a trusted adviser to HR leadership, helping ensure the HR organization has the structure, talent, capabilities, and operating practices needed to support the enterprise effectively.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Serves as a subject-matter expert, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight into emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and deliver organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs and implements innovative business strategies. Operates with minimal oversight, regularly advises senior leaders, and influences executive-level decisions. Mentors colleagues and provides guidance on complex or challenging issues.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have direct reports.
