AT&T in Dallas, Texas seeks a Lead Market Development professional to identify opportunities, conduct market research, and develop strategic alliances to expand distribution and drive growth.
Responsibilities include planning and executing growth strategies, leading programs and projects at national and market levels, and collaborating across marketing, operations, and technology teams. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience required.
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by conducting market research, creating strategic alliances and partnership programs, and developing strategies for expanding distribution and driving growth.

Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
