Job summary

Auth0 seeks a Principal Group Product Manager to shape the next generation of tenancy and B2B SaaS platforms. You will lead roadmap creation, own the vision, and partner with ISV teams to ensure products are discoverable and monetizable within our platform ecosystem.

You will collaborate with engineering and design to specify APIs, schemas, and features, guiding a secure, scalable, and DX-friendly product delivery lifecycle for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading as a Product Manager or Team Lead in Engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or completed Engineering Bootcamp.
• Experience with Multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Deep understanding of Identity and Directory Protocols (OAuth, SAML, SCIM).
• APIs design and specifications to enable engineering execution.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL/BI).

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on research and prototyping of identity and tenancy solutions.
• Embed in B2B software development to understand multi-tenant SaaS pain points.
• Own lifecycle for B2B mass management tooling and drive strategic roadmaps.
• Architect schema-driven operations and change management for custom schemas.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to build actionable requirements and specs.
• Build roadmaps and business cases outlining direction and financial strategy.
