Principal Ground Software Engineer – United States (Remote)

Full Time – Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the development of mission-critical software for satellite ground systems
• Design, build, and optimize full-stack applications that support satellite operations
• Oversee and contribute to the development of ground-to-satellite communication infrastructure
• Automate, troubleshoot, and improve reliability across distributed systems
• Collaborate with global teams and contribute 70% as a hands-on engineer, 30% in a leadership capacity

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of software development experience, including strong full-stack capabilities Proficient in Golang, Node.js, React, Typescript, and Python
• Skilled in AWS, Docker, Linux/Windows environments, databases, and centralized logging
• Solid background in multithreaded programming, DevOps, and version control systems
• Experience leading teams across time zones is highly desirable
