Ll Oefentherapie is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to own and deliver GPU infrastructure programs, spanning datacenter enablement, server provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle operations.

You will align priorities across engineering, networking, datacenter ops, supply chain, and partners, while keeping complex dependencies moving and delivering measurable value for the business.

Qualifications

• Strong program management fundamentals: planning, execution, dependency management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous, high-impact programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear options for executives and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver GPU infrastructure programs spanning datacenter enablement, GPU server provisioning, deployment, configuration, and lifecycle operations.
• Align priorities and execution across multiple teams and keep complex dependencies moving.
• Define program scope, milestones, schedules, and success metrics for timely value delivery.
• Lead program operating rhythms: status reviews, working sessions, executive updates, and documentation.
• Manage risks, issues, and trade-offs, removing blockers and driving resolution.
• Support supply optimization and demand planning for GPU capacity and forecasting.
• Translate complex topics into clear options and recommendations for stakeholders up to the executive level.
