Brown University Health seeks a senior philanthropy leader to oversee the principal gifts program, securing transformational investments for our top priorities. You will partner with executive leadership, physicians, volunteers, and major donors to advance enterprise fundraising initiatives.

You will manage a portfolio of 50–75 prospects, drive a multi-million annual goal, and coordinate complex donor strategies across teams to maximize seven-figure opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated success securing seven-figure commitments.
• Exceptional strategic planning, executive presence, relationship management, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategies for transformational philanthropic investments.
• Personally solicit and secure principal gifts.
• Coordinate complex donor strategies involving leadership, physicians, volunteers, and multiple stakeholders.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned prospects and donors.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, portfolio actions, and plans within CRM system.
• Partner across fundraising and supporting services teams to advance top-tier donor strategies.
• Primary partner with university colleagues on joint prospect strategy, initiatives, and solicitation.
